Message	definitely a difference in the stopping power by adding the rears. If you don't have your seatbelt on when you mash them, you are in the windshield. The big problem/fear I have now are cars behind me as I have almost been rear ended several times now if I ever do have to hit them hard. So the answer to your question is yes.
